Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
